How much does a photo booth rental cost in Northern Colorado?

Our pricing varies by service and event type, with each offering designed to reflect the premium experience we deliver. Standard photo booth packages start at $850 for up to 3 hours of contracted time, with additional time billed at $250 per hour. Our 360 booth is $1450 for a 3-hour rental, plus $300 per hour thereafter. Our glam booth starts at $1250 for 3 hours, with $300 for each additional hour. AI photo booth activations begin at $2450 for 3 hours, with $450 per hour after. And our premium Trading Card Booth is $3250 for up to 4 hours, plus $550 per hour beyond that. Our AI Draw ME Bots are $4200 for up to 3 hours of services and include 3 sketch robots. Additional robots available à la carte. Additional draw me bot hours can be added at a rate of $650 per hour. AI headshot photo booth begins at $2650 for up to 3 hours of service with additional hours at $450 per hour. What are the setup requirements for a photo booth?

Photo booth setups require a flat, level indoor space with access to standard power. A 12x12 ft area is recommended for setups with props so there is room for the booth, backdrop, lighting, prop table, and guest interaction. A 10x10 ft area may be sufficient for setups without props, depending on the selected experience. Outdoor placement is limited and must be reviewed in advance based on coverage, weather protection, surface, temperature, power access, and equipment safety.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Capture Me Photo Booth was absolutely WONDERFUL! We used Capture Me Photo Booth for Josh and Anja’s wedding, and I am so glad we did! We had the Photo Booth, 360 Video Booth, and Audio Guest Book, and all three added something completely different and special to the celebration. The 360 Video Booth was an absolute BLAST! Our guests had so much fun with it, and the videos are such a great way to relive all the laughter, dancing, and personalities from the night. The Photo Booth was a huge hit as well, and I absolutely LOVE that we now have all those fun pictures and memories to look back on. The Audio Guest Book may be one of my favorite keepsakes. There is something so special about being able to actually hear the voices, laughter, stories, and messages from the people who celebrated with Josh and Anja. Those recordings are something they will be able to treasure for years to come. ❤️ But I especially have to mention Jessica. From the very beginning, she basically held my hand through the entire process! 😂 There were so many choices to make, and half the time I wasn't even sure what I wanted or what would work best. CaptureME offers several distinct photo booth and event activation experiences rather than one standard package. Pricing is based on the selected experience, event date, venue, service time, guest count when relevant, setup and travel requirements, and any custom branding, creative, capacity, or production needs.

Once we receive the necessary event details, we will send current availability and a proposal clearly outlining the selected experience, included services, and total investment. For a custom quote tailored to your event, just reach out — we’ll make sure the experience fits your vision perfectly.

Most photo booth rentals include professional staffing, setup and teardown outside contracted service time, booth equipment, digital sharing, and post-event gallery access. Print-based experiences include on-site prints, and select experiences may include branded overlays, custom templates, microsite branding, AI-generated output, custom trading cards, keychains, or other service-specific features depending on the experience selected.

A non-refundable booking fee is the initial payment required to secure your event date. For CaptureME Photo Booth, this fee is 30% of the total service investment and is due along with a signed service agreement at the time of booking. Once completed, your date is reserved and removed from our availability calendar. This amount is applied toward your total balance.

A proposal is a pricing and service summary prepared based on the event details provided at the time of inquiry. It outlines the experience discussed, estimated investment, and included services, but it does not reserve the date. Event dates are only secured once the signed service agreement and non-refundable booking fee are completed.

Cancellation terms are outlined in the CaptureME service agreement and may vary depending on the timing of the cancellation and the services reserved. Because event dates are held specifically for each client once booked, the non-refundable booking fee is not returned.
